This is the reverse of our budget Lombok-to-Labuan Bajo crossing: start in Labuan Bajo, spend the first two days on the best of Komodo National Park, then sail west to Lombok with stops at Moyo Island and Bola Island along the way. Day one takes in Kelor Island (a short trek to the viewpoint, beach time and snorkeling), Manjarite Bay with its coral reefs, tropical fish and a chance to see turtles, and the flying-fox sunset at Kalong Island — then dinner on board and a night at anchor near Padar.
Day two is the Komodo highlight reel: sunrise trekking on Padar Island, snorkeling and beach time at Long Pink Beach, a jungle walk on Komodo Island to see the dragons and other wildlife, and Manta Point with a chance to swim above manta rays. In the evening the boat begins the long night sail to Moyo Island (around 15–17 hours). Day three slows the pace down: a short walk to the Moyo waterfall with a swim in its natural pool, snorkeling at Bola Island, then on to Labuhan Lombok, arriving around 10.00 PM for the last night on board. On the final morning you check out at Kayangan Harbour after breakfast, with a free bus transfer to Mataram, Senggigi or Bangsal.

Good to know
This is an open-trip departure that leaves every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Labuan Bajo, finishing at Kayangan Harbour on Lombok on day four. Be ready for one long leg: the crossing from Komodo to Moyo Island is an overnight sail of roughly 15–17 hours — part of the adventure on a route that covers this much of Nusa Tenggara. The Komodo National Park entrance fee, the whale shark fee, all meals, snorkeling gear, an English-speaking guide, transport pick-up across Lombok and boat tickets from the Gili Islands are all included; only your personal expenses and travel insurance are not. Sharing rooms are Rp 3,600,000 per person and private double-bed rooms Rp 4,000,000 per person.
