The office and the WhatsApp line are staffed daily from 08:00 to 21:00 WITA (UTC+8), every day of the year. Inside those hours a WhatsApp message is normally answered in under an hour — often within minutes — while email replies go out within 12 hours. We answer in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the person replying is a trip planner sitting in Labuan Bajo, not a call centre.

When should you get in touch?

For July and August departures, message us two to three months ahead — peak-season boats genuinely fill. Shoulder-season trips (April–June, September–November) are usually fine three to four weeks out, and if you are already in town, ask anyway: we can often place you on a next-day open trip or stand up a private charter within 48 hours. Group charters, honeymoons and anything involving a cake on deck are best raised early so we can hold the right boat for the right dates.

Ready to book — or already booked?

If your dates are set, the fastest route is the Book Now form: it takes about two minutes, and we confirm availability within 12 hours with an invoice by email. Already holding a booking code?
